All of this is incorporated in the "Hip-Hip Hooray" atmosphere that ushers in the second half of the 25th edition of HOLIDAY ON ICE. It's the Stars and Stripes Forever! ALICE QUESSY The personification of grace and ability, Miss Quessy is renowned for her tremendous competence in any form of skating. She is a premiere ballerina, an acrobatic star, and an accomplished dancer on the silver blades. She is starred in the "Happy Anniversary" opening, in "A Happy Easter" and as "Miss Star Spangled Jazz" in "It's Independence Day". Miss Quessy is the wife of Joe LeMac, the stage manager of HOLIDAY ON ICE and they make their home in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is a native of Boston. RAY BALMER One of the most exciting skaters. At home, both as a singles performer or as a pair skater, he returns to the United States after two successful years with HOLIDAY ON ICE in Europe. The Milwaukeean turned professional early and reached stardom immediately. He is featured with Alice Quessy in "A Happy Anniversary", with Marei Langenbein in "A Roman Holiday" and with Grete Borgen in "A Holiday in Rio". This is Ray Balmer's thirteenth year with the internationally famous skating spectacular.
