It was determined that a larger lobby would be needed for the Neptune theatre to handle traffic flow especially relating to photography area. 2. The gift shop area needs to be more open and nearer to the entrance/exit area of the Lobby. 3. The Neptune theatre has an overall much lower ceiling than the ceiling than the SandCastle - Guam HOUSE AREA 1. The sightlines are generally very good at the SandCastle 2. Food service and stairs will be a concern at the Neptune theatre (rake up to 10' in house) 3. Placement of Audio booth is a concern Need to add more tables 4 Some service bars in SandCastle theatre not getting full usage (not needed) 5. If a balcony were to be added to SandCastle theatre, could it be basically assembled outside and installed (do not use steel) 6. Balcony would most likely be used for "show only" seating. 7. The existing staircase from SandCastle lobby on house left and fire exit house right would be used as exit/entrance to new lobby 8. Possibly remove lighting booth and add spot platforms. Run lightboard from backstage until balcony is completed. 9. It should be determined how many seats could be added without existing light booth.
