Abstract

Oral history interview with Sharon and Henry Hwang conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee White on February 21, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. The Hwangs discuss moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, their Taiwanese influences, creating the Chinatown Plaza, and bringing Pan-Asian culture to a city that didn’t have authentic Asian shops and restaurants for the tourists.
