Description

The mayor of Las Vegas, C.D. Baker looks over a proclamation which points out the need for "nationwide action for the prevention, treatment, and care of mental illness." Standing from left to right is Dr. A.W. Woodbury, president of the Nevada State Mental Health Association; Dr. Hardin Branch, professor of psychiatry at the University of Utah College of Medicine; C.D. Baker, Mayor of Las Vegas; and Joseph Nosanchuck, President of the Las Vegas Association for Mental Health.
