From left to right: Charles Duncan Baker, mayor of Las Vegas; Richard Germanin (Germain?), secretary of delegation from Nevada; Farrell Ceevers, Hawthorne, Nev.; and Pearl S. Brown, Democratic National Committeewoman, Las Vegas (Mahlon Brown's mother). Pearl hands C.D. Baker a packet that reads, "Compliments of the Chicago Host Committee for the 1956 Democratic National Convention. Mayor Richard J. Daley, Honorary Chairman."
