Generous helpings of pizza sauce onions, Longhorn cheese, and a large helping of ground Buffalo with thin slices of tender smoked ham on top <br> 2. ALPINE SPECIAL PIZZA - This is a biggie. Pizza sauce, chopped onions, sliced black olives, Mozzarella and Swiss cheese, topped with thin slices of Knackwurst, Bratwurst, Beerwurst, and Lebanon bologna. <br> 3. GERMAN PIZZA - Gotcha - Pizza Sauce, chopped onions, Mozzarella cheese, ground Alpine Sauerbraten (marinated beef) with thin slices od Canafian bacon. “You will like this one.” <br> 4. AUSTRIAN PIZZA - Austrians like pizza too. Pizza sauce, Mozzarella and Swiss cheese, chopped black olives, pork sausage, chopped green bell peppers, group Alpine Schweinbraten (marinated pork) topped with thin slices of Bratwurst. <br> 5. SWISS PIZZA - Pizza Sauce, lots of Swiss cheese, pork and beef sausage, thin slices, of Canadian bacon. “You will like this one.” <br> 6. BAVARIAN PIZZA - Bavarians are big eaters, SO - Pizza Sauce, Austrian cheese, sliced mushrooms, Frikadellen (Bavarian style ground beef), onions, Longhorn cheese, topped with thin slices of turkey breast and chicken. <br> 7.
