ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF GOLDFIELD BELMONT EXTENSION MINING COMPANY-----ooOoo-----KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; That we, the undersigned, have this day voluntarily associated ouselvestogether for the purpose of forming a corporation under the laws of the State of Nevada, and we hereby certify:FIRST: The name of this corporation shall be the GOLDFIELD BELMONT EXTENSION MINING COMPANYSECOND: The object for which this corporation is formed are: (1) To do a general mining, milling and reduction business; and in carrying on such business to acquire, by discovery, location, pre-emption,purchase, lease, bond, exchange of property, issues of stock, or bonds of the company, or otherwise; and to possess, own work, develope, control and operate, in whole or in part, mines, mining claims, mineral landsand mining properties of all kinds; and also all other real, personal and mixed property, rights and privileges and franchisesincident and necessary to or desirable for the purpose and business of this company, including timber and timber-lands, coal lands, oil-lands, mill-sites, water-rights, tunnels and tunnel-sites, or any interest therein; and to operate the same for the use and benefit of the company, and for the purpose of supplying our said company with materials or power for operating or working any of its mines, mining claims, tunnels, mills, smelters, reduction works, sampling works,railways, tramways, and other property or works of the company; including also all necessary office and otherbuildings for the use and purposes of the company, and the lots and land upon which same are erected, wherever offices and works of the company may be maintained or business carried on.(2) To build, erect and construct and to acquire by purchase, lease, exchange of property, issue of stocks or bonds, or otherwise, mills, smeltes,reduction works, sampling works, or other plants for the treatment of ores, minerals, mineral-bearing rock and other naturalproducts of the earth; and also all machines, machinery and other improvements used in connection therewith; and to maintain and operate same, and the deal in, purchase, handle, sell, exchange, store, treat, reduce or convert, inany manner whatsoever, or otherwise acquire and dispose of ores, minerals and mineral-bear-ing rock and earth,and the products of the same.
