MINUTES OF THE ORGANIZATION MEETING OF GOLDFIELD BELMONT EXTENSION MINING COMPANYOn the 15th day of january, 1912, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M. on said day, at the office of the Companyin the Registration Building , at Goldfield, Esmeralda County, Nevada, there being present, F. M. Chambers, E. A. Bylerand R. F. Brown, all of the incorporators of the Goldfield Belmont Extension Mining Company, a corporation,the said parties agreed to come to order snd proceed to organize for the carrying on of the business of the said Company.Each of the parties waived notice of this, the first, or in-corporation meeting of the Company, and consented tothe holding of such meeting, which waiver of notice was in words and figures following:"We, the undersigned, being all of the incorporators of the Goldfield Belmont Extension Mining Company, hereby express our intentions and purpose, to meet st this time and place, 10:00 o'clock A. M. January 15, 1912, at the office of theRegistration Building, at Goldfield, Esmeralda County, Nevada, and organize the said Goldfield Belmont ExtensionMining Company, and each of us hereby waives each and every, his rights to be notified in person or by publication,or in any manner, of the holding of the said meeting, and consents to the transaction of any and all business that may come before the said meeting."SIGNED- F. M. Chambers E. A. Byler R. F. BrownWith the consent of the other incorporators, F. M. Chambers took the chair and called the meeting to order, E. A. Byler acting as secretary. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the secretary was directed to place on file among the records of the corporation the original waiver of notice of the holding of this meeting. Mr. Byler then submitted to the meeting, a Certificateof the Secretary of State as to the incorporation of this Company, and a certified copy of the Articles of Incorporationof this Company. Motion was then duly made, seconded and carried, that the said papers be placed on file among the records of the corporation and that a copy of each of the same be spread upon the minutes of the meeting.- - - C E R T I F I C A T E - - - I, George Brodigan, the duly elected, qualified and acting Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, do herebycertify that the annexed is a true, full and correct transcript of the certified copy of the original Articlesof Incorporation of Goldfield Belmot Extension Mining Company, as the name appears on file and of record in thisoffice.IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the Great Seal of State, at my office in Carson City,Nevada, this - 13th day of January- A, D, 1912.
