The meeting was called to order by the president Mrs. Sprague.The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The roll was called with eleven members responding.The treasurer reported that there had been no new money or disbursements. The Secretary of the Board of Directors gave the report. It had been decided we have the Japanese Day the first meeting in April.A letter was read from Mrs. Peck in answer to a letter of condolence written to her on the death of her daughter.The pledge was read for the benefit of the new members. $8.60 was reported to be in the charity fund from the result of the Rummage Sale. Another sale to be given under the management of Mrs. Mills and McNair to dispose of the remaining clothes.The meeting was then turned over to Mrs. Howland who gave a very interesting talk on "How to keep well." A talk by Mrs. Gill on the activities in Paradise Valley some interesting papers were read by Mrs. Sprague which were written by an absent member. Mrs. Miles Music by Mabel Kendall. Current events were called for the following ladies responding Miss McGin, Mrs. McNair, Moon, Carmen, Foster[?] and Mills. Music by Mrs. Foster which completed program. After one verse of America the Club adjourned to meet Dec 28. Christine HillebertSec.
