Federation Revision Committee was read. Plans for districting the Federation are to be voted on at the State Convention to be held at Elks Oct. 18th. The name of a strong Goldfield Club Woman was requested. The Sec'y was instructed to send the name of Mrs. J.A. Mills.It was voted that the use of the Club House be tendered the Legion of Horror.Mrs. Mills reported that she had worked on "The-Back-to-the School-Drive" being prosecuted throughout the State. A regular meeting of the Goldfield Woman's Club was held at the Club House Thursday afternoon Oct. 23rd. Seven members were present. The President Mrs. Ernest called the meeting to order. The minutes of the last meeting were read and accepted. The treasurer gave her report covering the period since last November, with a balance of $1.80 in the Charity Fund and $26.70 in the General Fund. A letter of thanks, to the Club for flowers, from Mrs. Roberson was read. It was voted that the Club give a card party November the sixth in the afternoon. Mrs. Towley was appointed chairman. Subjects to be taken up for study during the coming year are; "Current Events" "Visit of the King and Queen of Belgium to the United States" "Men, prominent in war work".
