March 4th - 1907.The Shakespeare section of the Woman's Club met Monday March 4th at the home of Mrs. T.G. Lockhart.Owing to the inclemency of the weather only seven members were present. The second act of Julius Caesar was read and discussed.It was decided that in the future each member should send for her own copy of the books to be taken up.(Mrs.) Susan Codd.Sec. pro tem.March 11th - 1907 -The Shakespeare section of the Woman's Club met Monday March 11th at the home of Mrs. Lockhart, with fifteen members present. Owing to the absence of so many members at the previous meeting, by special request Mrs. Allen read Antony's speech in the third act, much to the enjoyment of the members present. The fourth act of Julius Caesar was read and discussed. Mrs. McCormack invited the club to her new home on Crook Ave. for the special meeting which will be held Friday March 22.M.E. BlanchardSec. pro tem.March 18 - 1907.The Shakespeare section met Monday March 18 at the home of Mrs. Lockhart, with 8 present. The 4th and 5th acts of Julius Caesar were read and discussed. The meeting was small but was one of the most interesting.Miss. Baldwin was appointed leader for the month of April.Mrs. Sprague made a motion which was seconded, that a vote of thanks be given Mrs. Allen for her inspiring leadership.Mrs. Hopkins made a motion which was seconded that a vote of thanks be extended to Mrs. Lockhart for her hospitality in opening her home to the Shakespeare section.S.S.
