Dear Sir: I enclose herewith letters from E. L. Bedell, of Roswell, N.M. and John de Jong, of El Paso.Both of these gentlemen appear to be anxious to locate in Los Vegas and willing to invest their money should there be an opportunity. Mr. De Jong I have known personally for some time and have always found him to be reliable.
