    3deal in order to keep him until he can gain all the necessary knowledge and fill his place at least this is my advice and the Doctor agrees with me.There is always difficulty when a concern like this changes management until things are rearranged. I find the Doctor has a good knowledge of farming and will not have to depend on the advice of hired help as I had to do and he has taken right hold and today id doing the cooking and anything he finds to be done.Doc and I have prepared a list of things that should be bought in Salt Lake and sent here as soon as possible such as carpenter and blacksmith tools repairs for machinery provisions etc but none of the expensive articles that were included in list sent you. I will select the things and arrange for shipping etc. when I get back and also arrange for sending a cook if Doc fails to get one on the [?] that he heard about. I am sorry those garden seed I wrote you for has not yet arrived but they may come on stage this evening. I feel confident
