I agree.2liable to be used for townsite, station grounds, shops, etc, and no means of learning for sometime just what just what part will be so used it would probably be best to plant barley and corn for grain, and wheat and alfalfa for hay. The latter on land least liable to be required for other purposes for sometime, or a few years at least.To properly lay out the various fields, clear the land of sagebrush and mesquite trees, ansspecially surveying the irrigating ditches, even the small ones, will require someonethoroughly familiar with that class of work to obtain best results, and I have had thatexperience.With reference to fences will state that but a small portion of the ranch is under fenceand that generally in poor condition.
