BUY YERINGTON COPPERTHE Nevada Copper Company of Yerington owns a property four miles from Yerington, which in the three months that have elapsed since its purchase has paid by its production for 200 feet of tunneling and development work. Four carloads of ore have been shipped to the United States smelter at Salt Lake in that time, and a fifth carload is now waiting shipment at Waubuska. The ore in these shipments averaged from 13 to 24 per cent copper with a valuation of $85 per ton, from $4 to $5 in gold and a like valuation in silver. The tunnel in 200 feet has now reached a depth of 120 feet, and at this point the vein dips, showing that the ledge is permanent. This week's report of the superintendent states' that the vein has been penetrated for four feet without the wall having been encountered. It is for the purpose of prosecuting the work of sinking on the ledge at this level with all possible speed that a limited amount of the treasury stock of this company is offered for sale.THE PRICE IS25 CENTS PER SHAREThe stock will be listed on the San Francisco Stock and Exchange Board, and the Goldfield Stock Exchange immediately.
