Sec.3.Full power for the expulsion of club members shall be vested in the Board of Directors. Sec. 4.The membership of this club shall be divided into three classes active,non-resident and honorary.Active members are those paying the full amount of dues: non-resident members those who reside out of Goldfield and pay one half the amount of dues for active membership: Honorary members may be elected by a majority vote of the members present at any regular meeting. Sec.5.By a vote of the club life membership with all privileges of a paid member, may be conferred on any member provided that the nomination for such life membership shall have been made at the preceding meeting of the club. Sec.6.Any member of any Woman's Club belonging to the Nevada Federation of Woman's Clubs who presents proper credentials of her membership in good standing in such club with an application for membership in this club may be elected to membership by the Board of Directors without the payment of dues in this club for the remainder of that particular club year. Article 4.Elections. Sec.1.The elective officers shall he elected anually bv ballot. Sec.2.No member shall hold more than one office at a time. sec.3.Nominations for the annual election shall be made by secret ballot and the names of the nominees posted on the bulletin board at the regular meeting next preceding the election. Two or more names must be posted for each office. Nominations may also bo made from the floor on the day of election. The election of officers at the annual election shall be made by secret ballot. Majority vote shall elect. Sec .4.
