October 2nd, 1908. Mr. Granger: Bracken said that in his lease to the Las Vegas Mercantile Co. of the ranch, he made a reservation to cover house occupied by Grace and a little land around it. The [attached] is the agreement relative to that reservation and should be filed with our copy of the lease to the L.V.M. Co. If we have no copy of Bracken's lease to the L.V.M.
