4. monthly statement of inventory of Rooming House. Linen, etc., also of rooms rented and unrented, as well as a weekly statement of all rooms vacant at that specific part of the month. We check these statements against our record of services to see that his records correspond and are correct- the charges and after collections credits, the various parties, noting and deliquents, which he keeps after until he finally lands the payment. A part of service collections come from the Salt Lake RR by deductions which is the simplest and least troublesome method. However, a great portion he collects himself trying to have all collections completed by the 15th of the following month. Consumers generally pay at the office and very promplty upon rendition of their bill after the first of the month with the exception of about ten each month. These he is generally able to get by the fifteenth.
