I agree.TITLEThe title to these lode claims and the improvements isvested in the company by United States Patents and a clear line of succession by deeds and court actions as shown by e copy of the Official Abstract attached.HISTORYThe Diamondfield Section of the Goldfield Mining District was discovered in 1903 following immediately the dis-coveries in the central portion of the district on the Sandstorm, Combination and Jumbo claims.The first and most important discovery was made by Chas Kreise on BLACK BUTTE PEAK which is the most prominent topographic feature of the landscape of that section. This discovery was acquired by the Diamondfield Black Butte Mining Company and its developement has yielded more than $500,000. in high grade gold ore and opened vast quantities of mill grade ore which the company is now preparing to mine and millIt is here noted that the property of the Goidfield Belmont Extension Mining Company lies on the east slope of this Peak adjoining and having an end boundary line with the Dia-mondfield Black Butte Company as well as the Goldfield Belmont Mining Company.Other properties in the immediate neighborhood which have produced abundantly of high grade ore from meager developement are the Diamondfield Daisy, Goldfield Great Bend, Vernal Mining and Jumbo Extension.
