Notice is hereby given that we the undersigned do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred (1500) feet on and along this Lead, Lode or deposit of mineral bearing rock or [not legible] running in an Easterly and Westerly direction. Together with three hundred (300) feet on each side thereof for mining purposes.
This mine is located as follows, commencing at this center monument in which this notice is posted running in a westerly direction seven hundred and fifty (750) feet. Thence from said center monument seven hundred and fifty (750) feet Easterly.
This mine is situated about one half mile northerly from the Silver legion Mine and about one and one half miles westerly from the January Mine. This mine will be known as the Cow Boy Mine
