Notice is hereby given that we the undersigned do hereby locate and claim five hundred feet for mining purposes on this lead, lode or ledge or deposit of silver bearing rock and ore to be known as the Chloride [not legible] mine
Commencing at the west boundary of the Lucky [not legible] mine and running thence along said lode ledge or deposit of silver bearing rock and ore five hundred feet more or [not legible] to [not legible] Eastern boundary of the Flagstaff mine, and including [not legible] hundred feet on each side thereof for mining and working purposes.
We claim and intend to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the U.S. Laws and the Laws of El Dorado Mining District, Lincoln County State of Nevada
Said mine is located in El Dorado Canyon and includes all the ground between the Lucky [not legible] and Flagstaff Mine
