Notice
To all whom it may concern: That I John Heuss a citizen of the United States have this day located by right of discovery the water above the halls in El Dorado Canyon Wash about one mile above the well on the north side of said wash and about four hundred feet above said falls. I claim this spring with all the water therein as the Pearl Spring, with the ground usually allowed to the location of water rights as springs.
