We, the undersigned, do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred feet for mining purposes on this lead, lode or ledge, or deposit of silver bearing rock and ore to be known and described as the Wildcat Gold and Silver Mining Company, commencing at the west boundary line of the Flag Staff Mine and running fifteen hundred feet in a westerly direction on and along said lead, lode or ledge, or deposit of silver bearing rock and ore and including three hundred feet on each side thereof, for mining and working purposes. We claim and intend to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the mining laws of the U.S. approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the mining laws of El Dorado Mining District, Lincoln Co. State of Nevada. Said mine is situated about three hundred feet North from El Dorado Wash.
