Alps Mine Notice - we the undersigned do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred feet [not legible] purposes on this Lead Lode on Ledge [not legible] Deposit of Silver bearing Rock and ore to be known and described as the Alps. Commencing at the monument upon which this Notice is placed and Running seven hundred and fifty 750 feet. Easterly and Seven hundred and fifty - (750) feet westerly on and along said Lead Lode [not legible] Ledge [not legible] Deposit at Silver bearing rock and ore and including three hundred feet [not legible] each side there of [not legible] mining and working purposes we claim and intend to hold. Said claim and mining ground in accordance with the mining Laws of the United States approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the mining Laws of the El Dorado Mining District Lincoln County State of Nevada.
