I agree.“ Southern Belle” Mill Site “ Notice of Location “ Notice is hereby given that the undersigned having complied with the requirements of Chapter Six of Title Thirty Two 32 of the revised Statutes of the United States and the local customs laws and regulations have located five Acres of land for a mill site for the “ Southern Belle” mine situated in El Dorado Mining District Lincoln County State of Nevada and described as follows. Commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running Westerly along the North line of the “[not legible] “ Mill Site (466) feet to a monument of Stone thence (520) feet Northerly to a monument of Stone thence (466) feet southerly to monument of stone on the bank of the Colorado river. Thence down and along said rivers Southerly (520) ft to monument of Stone and place of beginning.
