The Tutor Perini Corporation Records (1974-2022) are comprised of mainly digital files used for promotional and marketing materials that feature the company and the construction projects they have developed in Las Vegas, Nevada. Also included in this collection are issues of Construction Las Vegas magazine, Perini News magazine, and a copy of Creating CityCenter: World-Class Architecture and the New Las Vegas.

Acquisition Note
Materials were donated by Richard "Dick" Rizzo in 2017 and 2022; accession numbers 2017-144 and 2022-010.
Processing Note
The collection was minimally processed by Tammi Kim in 2018 at the time of accessioning. In 2022, Tammi Kim ingested digital files off a flash drive. No access copies were created and no further work has been done. Sarah Jones processed the 2022 accession, organized the material, rehoused the collection, and revised the finding aid in ArchivesSpace. In 2025, Olivia Rodriguez created access copies of digital files following UNLV Special Collections and Archives Digital Preservation guidelines and updated the descriptions in the finding aid.
