Biographical / Historical Note
Ron Saccavino entered the gaming industry as a dealer in Las Vegas, Nevada and has worked in several capacities, including casino manager. He ran the Crescent School for Bartenders and Dealers and introduced the idea of temporary, refered to as "temp" dealers, to the casinos. Saccavino was editor of the "The Dealers News" newsletter, which always included a column written by him. He also wrote a book in 1999 titled Everything You Want to Know About Las Vegas Dealers.
