Abstract
The Robin Holabird Film Press Kit Collection is comprised of press kits for commercial Hollywood films dating from 1986 through the first decade of the 2000s that were compiled by Robin Holabird in her capacity as Deputy Director of the Nevada Film Commission. The kits contain press releases, photograph stills and other filming information.

Biographical / Historical Note
Robin Holabird has scouted locations for Nevada-based films in her role as Deputy Director of the Nevada State Film Commission since 1988. Some of the films she has worked on have included: City of Angels, Sister Act, Showgirls, The Bodyguard, Independence Day and Lethal Weapon 4. She founded the Reno Film Festival and has also reviewed films in her weekly radio show on KUNR-FM in Reno, Nevada since 1983. As of 2014, Holabird continues to provide film reviews that can be accessed as podcasts on the Internet.
