He also talks about litigation between Hank Greenspun, Howard Hughes, and Hughes Tool Company.

Oral history interview with James Ralph “Jim” Olson conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee White on February 02, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Olson discusses his firm, Cromer, Barker, and Michaelson; representing the MGM Grand Hotel when pieces of siding fell off during construction, from 1980 to 1988 after the 1980 fire, and the Las Vegas, Nevada Hilton in 1994, after its new, freestanding 362-foot-tall marquee blew down. He also talks about litigation between Hank Greenspun, Howard Hughes, and Hughes Tool Company. Digital audio and transcript available.
