Processing Note

In 2019, as part of an archival backlog elimination project, Jimmy Chang rehoused and arranged the materials, wrote the finding aid, and entered the data into ArchivesSpace. Some items in this collection are digital surrogates. In 2021, due to insurmountable preservation issues, Victoria Palma digitized select materials from the collection for preservation purposes. Originals were discarded. In 2024 and 2025, Hunter Brown created an item-level inventory of all existing uncataloged maps. Sarah Jones rehoused them and updated the finding aid in ArchivesSpace. This collection has been entirely reprocessed from its original collection.
