Water Service for Industrial Property - Las Vegas (COPY) MAILGRAM MAILGRAM Los Angeles, Nov. 14, 1930 Mr. W. R. Armstrong: Your A-182 October 25th and A-181 November 10th, with regard to providing water service for industrial property abutting Main Street, Las Vegas. Attached are two prints showing the least expensive plan in our opinion, to serve the southerly section of Main Street industrial property. Estimate has been prepared on the basis of installing 819 ft. of 3 in. C.I. pipe line along the southerly border of Railroad property line which amounts to $860, chargeable to Investment Account. It would be necessary, of course, for the Las Vegas Land & Water Company to install a lateral line 323.85' long within the street limits, therefore, estimate has not been prepared covering estimated cost of that portion of the proposed water line installation. 0-358 E.
