Otto Underhill John Bunch Union Pacific Railroad Company Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad Company Las Vegas Land and Water Company Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada William Reinhardt January 31, 1953 The undersigned, Las Vegas Valley Water District, a water district created and existing to the provisions of Chapter 167 of the 1947 Statues of Nevada as amended by Chapter 130 of the 1949 Statutes of Nevada and as amended by Chapter 307 of the 1951 Statues of Nevada, hereinafter sometimes called "District", does hereby offer to purchase the following property located in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, to be conveyed to the District at a time hereinafter referred to as the sole date, upon the conditions hereinafter stated five hundred seven acres, more or less, of water-bearing land The offer of the District to purchase the properties above mentioned is subject to the condition that the said Railroad Companies shall agree, by a covenant running with the land, that no water well shall be drilled or dug to a depth exceeding one hundred feet upon any lands owned by them Main Street Bonanaza Road Charleston Boulevard
