January 1999 marked the eighth anniversary of the Ivy AKAdemy.TARGET I: EDUCATION"ON TRACK" leads the Education Target. It is the signature program for the next four years:O=OrganizingN=NuturingT=Team BuildingR=RespectingA=AchievingC=CounselingK=Knowing"ON TRACK" targets at-risk students in grades three through six to prepare them for middle school. This is a weekend and after school program.
