    STATE OF NEVADA (Rev. 1/93) "WOMEN'S AMERICAN CRT DAY" Honoring EDYTHE KATZ Of The Year" Education In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Nevada to be affixed at 12th the State Capitol in Carson City, this day of February in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ninety three. Whereas, Women's American OFT (Organization for Rehabilitation through Training) is the largest non-governmental vocational, technical and scientific school system, training over 238,000 students orrually; and Hl^ta Whereas, Woven's American OFT operates in sixty-one countries with programs recently opened in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles; and Whereas, Women's American OFT graduates enjoy virtually 100% employment, enabling them to lead productive lives through education; and Whereas, Women's American CRT, Las Vegas Chapter will be honoring four outstanding "Citizens of the Year" on Saturday, March 20, 1993, with o Gola Dinner Dance at the Sands Hotel; and Whereas, Women's American CRT is honoring Edward Bernstein as "Citizen of the Year" - Corrmunity Achievement - through his TV programs he has introduced the public to the workings of charitable and corrmunity oriented organizations; and Whereas, Women's American CRT is honoring Tyree Carr, MD as "Citizen of the Year" - Charity - he donates his time and surgical expertise to those rrvst in need; and Whereas, Women's American OFT is honoring Eclythe Katz as "Citizen of the Year" - Education - the State of Nevada's representative to the National Holocaust Board works to bring understanding through education of a difficult period of time; and Whereas, Women's American CRT is honoring Florence McClure as "Citizen of the Year" - Humanitarian - created the Las Vegas Rape Crisis Center and works closely with police departments in helping victims; NOW, THEREFORE, 1, BOB MILLER, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, roc I aim Saturday, March 20, 1993, as BY THE GOVERNOR
