Abstract
The Arnold Shaw Interviews and Performance Recordings (approximately 1962-2014) are recorded radio interviews and stage performances of comedians, entertainers, musicians, and actors. Interviews are conducted by Arnold Shaw, Dick Maurice, Joe Delaney, and Bill Willard. Select interviews have a brief summary at the file-level of the inventory, while remaining interviews are unprocessed and the content and/or participants have not been confirmed.

Acquisition Note
Materials were collected by the director of the Arnold Shaw Popular Music Research Center; subsequently the materials were transferred to the University Libraries Special Collections and Archives at an unknown date. There is no deed of gift on file for this collection.
Processing Note
Audiocassettes were sent out for digitization in an unknown year. An inventory list was created based on information available on the physical audiocassette. In 2023, Melise Leech processed a portion of the tapes and created brief descriptions. The remainder of the recordings remain unprocessed and contents are not confirmed.
