Campbell, has signed the Escrow Instructions. We enclose a duplicate of the original Instructions and a duplicate of the amendment to the Escrow Instructions. We enclose for your records a copy of our letter today to Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company with instructions to record the various documents as described in the Escrow Instructions and to issue their Owner's Policy of Title Insurance. We understand we are to receive a telegram from Mr. L. L. Burri, Treasurer of the Water Company in Omaha, Nebraska directing us to deviate from the Escrow Instructions as far as disposition is concerned of the $2,299,029.64 preliminary purchase price. We will issue the check to the Water Company and deposit it in their account at this Bank after it has been endorsed upon behalf of the Company by Mr. Maag. C . D .
