Toleno plans to receive his lumber and build* ing materials for these houses direct and makes application for a site on spur trackage to receive them. 1 suggest w# lease him the westerly 100 feet of the old Gibbons it Heed lease south of spur track on Bonanza load for a period of one year, effective March 1, 19%, If you concur, will you please arrange for preparation of agreement in favor of Richard Toleno, dba fee Construction Company, 3^3 North loth Street, Las Vegas.
