I hare checked these rates with those on file and prescribed by the Commission, and find them to be correct} except I do not find any rate for private baths and toilets. I have written Mr. Edwards to that effeot. It appears, however, to the Commission that the $30 laundry rate and the restaurant rate was established for commercial steam laundries and restaurants.
