Cory - Las Vegaa Please refer to Mr. Cory*a letter of October 26, 1953# to Mr. Maag carbon copy to you regarding reassignment of Refund Agreementa “N*L.D. 2398 dated 8/9/50, *N*L.D. 2b07 dated b/21/51# and rtHtfL.D. 2501 dated 11/15/51 all that are now held by Pluralsigh and Gillett Inc.# also Agreements l*N,,L.D. 2561 dated V19/52# 2590 dated 6/26/52, 26?1 dated 5/7/53 and "H»L.D* 269** dated 7/30/53 all that are now held by Lee Construction Company Inc., to the Bank of Nevada, Main Office, Lae Vegaa, Nevada. In respect to the above I am att&ching hereto, copy of letter from Bank of Nevada to the Las Vegaa Land and Water Company dated November 2h, 1953, in which they request the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to acknowledge the reassignment, along with original and three copies of their proposed form of reassignment which has been fully executed by Pluraleigfat and Gillett Inc., and the Lee Construction Company Inc., in this connection I feel that it will be necessary to draft supplemental Agreements between the Lae Vegaa Land and Water Company and Pluraleight and Gillett Inc., and Lee Construction Company Inc., showing the reassignment. If you concur, will you kindly arrange to have Mr* Cory prepare such documents necessary for the reassignment, also please return the original and three copies of proposed reassignment made by the Bank of Nevada when they have served your purpose.
