3/21/66 TO: All Personnel FROM: A1 Freeman - Advertising & Promotion Director SUBJECT: "I'SPY" TV Segments Filming at Sands The Sands will be headquarters and locale for two segments of the nI Spy?╟Ñ television series, to be filmed here during the period March 24 - April 2. Following are the main details: 1. A cast and crew of 38 will start arriving on Thursday, March 24. Complete rooming and arrival lists have been furnished to Lloyd Cope, Riki Yarbrough, Bud Bodell and Red Viens. 2. Key people involved are: 3. A Master Account should be set up in the name of "Triple F Productions" and a complete roster of cast and crew has been sent to Kathleen Hodgkin for checking purposes. Members of cast and crew may sign for meals which should then be charged to their individual room account. 4. Cast and crew will wear an identifying badge. while working on premises, so Sands personnel can recognize them quickly and help in any way possible. 5. First segment to be filmed at Sands is coded "LORI" and will feature singer Nancy Wilson. Second segment is coded "SPARROWHAWK". A production timetable is now being prepared showing just when and where on the Sands grounds and facilities we will be filming. The promotional exposure for the Sands on these two segments will reach 20,000,000 people each week for two weeks, for a total impression count of 40,000,000.
