I agree.February 28, 1966 Dear Mr. Linn, It was nice to hear that Epic Records will be coming to the Sands again, I have your letter of February 24th to Mr. Carbone in front of me and wish to assure you that we will do everything in our power to help make your sales convention a real success. In order to help execute a campaign of public relations on your sales convention, it is important that I know as much as possible about it and at the earliest opportunity. Particularly isportant is knowing which of your artists will be attending the convention and receiving pictures and any material on them that you have available. I will be most happy to meet with Len Levy and you to work out any problems and also to work on some ideas for malting your sales convention a pleasant one ?╟÷ as well as a heavily promoted one. Kindest regards, A1 Freeman Advertising and Promotion Director Mr. Victor M. Linn Epic Records SI West 52nd Street Mew York, Mew York 10019 AF:ch cc: Joseph Carbone
