ORDINANCE NO. 472 (Not Adopted) ORDINANCE NO. 473 (Not Adopted) ORDINANCE NO. 474 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION IV, OF ORDINANCE NO. 378 ALSO REFERRED TO AS SECTION 10, CHAPTER 24 OF THE LAS VEGAS CITY CODE, BY AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN MAP ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, AND CHANGING THE ZONE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN AREAS ON THE SAID MAP. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas does ordain as follows: Section 1. The Land Use Plan Map adopted by Section IV of Ordinance No. 378, also referred to as Section 10, Chapter 24, Code of the City of Las Vegas, 1949, is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) Prom R-1 to R-2 Lots 13 to 18 inclusive, Block 7; Lots 1 to 24 inclusive, Block 8; Lots 13 to 18 inclusive, Block 9; Lots 7 to 18 inclusive, Block 20; Lots 1 to 24 inclusive, Block 21; Lots 1 to 10 inclusive, Block 22; Lots 5 to 12 inclusive, Block 23, all located in the Original Las Vegas Townsite. (b) From R-1 to C-2 Portions of parcels B and H, and that portion of the northerly 125 feet of the easterly 125 feet of parcel G, all located in the Park Place Tract. (c) From R-A to R-1 The SW¼ of Section 31, T 20 S, R 61 E, MDB&M Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed. Section 3. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this Ordinance No. 474 to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its final reading and adoption, in the Las Vegas Review Journal, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas.
