Dear Sir: I show below the meter readings for the past twenty days of March 1941. 3-10 3-11 3-12 3-13 3-14 3-15 3-16 3,031,300 3,134,400 3,950,400 3,481,100 3,375,000, Meter Stopped 3-17 3-18 3-19 3-30 3-21 3-33 3-24 3-25 3-26 3-27 3-38 3,970,300 3,080,000 3,354,000 3,031,600 3,006,600 3,400,350 3,548,900 3,641,800 3,645,400 4,006,300 3,363,900 As outlined in my letter March 9th the total production from all sources now in operation is 3,224,152 gals. per day. Probably the meters are over-registering, particularly the one at Clark Street. I discussed this with Doll while he was here and you may wish to have him confer with the meter people while he is in Los Angeles. These are all Sparling meters.
