Los Angeles, January 23, 1942 Mr* Walter M, Bracken: .| In line with ay phone conversation this afternoon, it Is understood you will revise the con­tract with the Blltaore homes, Inc., to provide that the refund will be made not only after they have con­structed the houses and put In the pipe lines, but after they have furnished ue necessary easements as provided In the agreement. 1 enclose a copy of plat which you sent to Mr. Strong with your letter of January 7th, which I wee discussing with Mr. McMnmee over the phone, but apparently he has a different map. You will note from the enclosed map an ease­ment would be necessary at the north end of Block 4, and also an easement on the boundary line between Lots i and 3 of Block 1. Mr. McMamee stated that the 6 inch lateral from the 1 2 Inch main was to come off some place between hots 4 and 5 of Block 1, That would necessitate, of course, some additional ease­ments between Lots 4 and 3, and also an easement from the southwest corner of Lot 3 easterly along the beck end of Lots 3 and 4 In order to come down northerly between Lots 4 and 6 . Apparently there le some misunderstending as to the location of this 6 inch connection with the 1 2 inch main, and I would be glad, with return of % this map, if you would advise me the location of the 6 inch laterals as X stated apparently Mr. MoKarnes and 1 were considering different maps end could not get together.
