I agree.WORL?½ CONGRESS OF FLIGHT PRESS JUNKET - Mar. 11 On Wednesday, March 11th at approximately Is30 p.m. (definite time will be furnished later) a Western Air Lines plane carrying approximately 60 press will arrive at McCarran Field and stop by the Bonanza Hanger. The flight is being sponsored by the Air Force Association to brief the Southern California press on the new Convention Center and plans for the World Congress of Flight. SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON THIS PRESS FLIGHT WILL BE PLACE?½ ON THE FACT THAT THE WORL?? CONGRESS OF FLIGHT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ON APRIL 18 and 19. The press will be transported by bus from the airport to a brief stop at the stadium and thence to the Convention Center. Bud Albright and AFA officials will take the group on a tour of the Convention Center. T^ey will then be transported by bus to the Emerald Room of the Sands where a one-half hour press briefing and a cocktail party will be held. They will depart from the Sands at 4 p.m. for the airport with the plane scheduled to leave at 4s30 p.m. It is hoped that all publicists will be on hand when the flight arrives. Please note the plane will stop by the Bonanza Hanger. Enclosed is a press list of the partial number who have indicated they would be here.
