Las Vegas - December 2, 1942 Mr. W. H. Guild: Your letter October 14th, File 7334. The following is comparative statement water consumption for November: DEC 4 1942 LOS ANGELES, CALIF. The decrease from 132 million in October to 79 million in November does not appear reasonable. I note the Clark Street meter showed more than a 50 percent decrease on previous month and I am asking the Superintendent to look into this. WALTER R. BRACKEN. cc - Mr. G. C.
