I agree.EXT. ON CABIN CRUISER 65 headed straight for the CAMERA again EXT. ANOTHER ANGLE - FULLER VIEW 66 Again Bashik manages to swing aside out of Cruiser?╟╓s path. The limousine tears INTO SCENE, stops without looking for a parking space. Kelly and Scott sprint toward the dock, questioning a man (BOAT OWNER) en route, the colloquy MOS at this distance. Boat Owner gestures off toward the lake. Money passes quickly from Kelly to the Boat Owner. All Three continue at a dead run toward a nearby boat (BOAT NO. 3). EXT. ON BOAT NO. 3 - DAY 68 moving out into the lake. The Boat Owner stares back for a better look at his two eccentric passengers and reacts. Both Kelly and Scott are drawing guns. Scott YELLS SOMETHING to the Boat Owner. Kelly waves the Man to get a move on. EXT. ON POWERBOAT, BASHIK AND CRUISER 69 The Cabin Cruiser swoops down on the Boy again. Again Bashik succeeds in swinging out of its path. EXT. ON CABIN CRUISER?╟÷ ~ 70 The Heavy at the wheel whirls it for another pass. SOUND OF A GUNSHOT O.S. EXT. ON BOBBY 71 at wheel of powerboat. He turns at a SECOND GUNSHOT, sees the situation behind, and, apparently, panics -- slowing the powerboat to almost nothing. EXT. ON BASHIK 72 The towboat?╟╓s speed gone, Bashik?╟╓s skiis are worth nothing. Now, he's in the water, still holding on to the towline and the Cabin Cruiser is fast closing in for the kill. EXT.
