I agree.FREEMAN COMPANY pub/icfsts 8/27/58 Mr* George Albright Clark County Fair & Recreation Board las Vegas, Nevada Daar Hr. Albright, In answer to your request to put In writing a situation reportf^preparation of the Convention Center brochure which I have been working on for sin months now, I am harbby submitting in full the details as the arrange- ments that were made with the artists and printers to date; !?╟≤ Before my original plans were presented to the County Fair Recreation Board, I had been working with Designs Unlimited here in Las Vegas, namely Irving and Louise Stone, on the preliminary preparation of our ideas and forms to execute the original plan of an unusual and impressive Con- vention Center brochure. 2, At a meeting in the Chamber of Commerce offices, I presented to the Board of Directors a preliminary outline of what I thought we needed in the way of promotional material and an estimate on the artwork preparation?? artwork planning, and artwork execution VP to the printing stage of about $8100 which would provide us with five pieces of graphic promotional material to help make up for the lost time in pro- moting the Convention Center throughout America, the Board of Directors, in the presence of Mr. Arnold Christensen, okayed the sum, knowing that it was a tentative estimate and that bacauea of the pressure of time it might have to be flexible, and I was aakad to proceed with the plans. 3. Tint artists have prepared three full comprehensive books instead of one rough and one fully comprehensive book which is the normal procedure because they them- selves are quite sincere people Mid want to see this Convention Center go as much as we do. 1 have loosed 95 0 8 WILSHIRE BLVD. ?╟≤ BEVERLY HILLS.
