Wo would like to have your views concerning these two items as to what they should be and the approximate cost. Please prepare form thirty covering the estimated cost of these buildings, the expense to be borne by the land and Water Company. P.3, V/o notice there is no provision for electric lights in your estimate and think that all houses should be wired for lights.
