BAKER KEN FROGLEY O P I N I O N By the Commission In this proceeding the Applicant seeks to supplement and amend its rules and regulations by adding thereto the following numbered rule: RULE No. 9.5 "(a) The Company will make no extensions of Its mains to provide water service in areas of the City of Las Vegas not theretofore served by water mains of the Company subsequent to June 1, 1953# unless a contract for such extensions of mains under the existing rules of the Company shall have been entered into prior fee June 1, 1953. 1-
